A true Tour De Force of British Rock
Skunk Anansie are class, the raw power of Skin's voice and the polish of Cass, Ace and Mark on instruments are the perfect companion to this.
The bands first ever gig was in 1994 and over the last 3 decades their political, angry and often poignant lyrics have kept them at the top of what they do.
Norwich saw 16 main tracks in the set with This Means war really proving to fire the crowd up before moving on to Charlie Big Potato and Because of you

With any of the bands shows it's all about the wealth of the tracks they cann play and this was a journey from Paranoid and Sunburnt inn 1995 all the way through to a forth coming new album to watch out for in the coming months.
Having been young enough to have experienced the band in the 90's, they ennjoyed lots of play on the music channels with songs such as weak and Hedonism, and both these featured with the band showing their clear ability to switch from more rock and punk fueled stomp to the softer side of the genre.
It's also worth mentioning the stage set up, with some pyramids being set up combined with smart lighting tricks giving the lighting an at times 3D and ethereal look.
