So tonight we were ready for a heavy, fun filled Tuesday night at Epic in Norwich. Following my most wonderful interview with Rich Hall, guitarist of Fozzy (check that out
HERE), there has been nothing but building anticipation for this night.

To start us off we have the UK female fronted alternative rock powerhouse that is Marisa and the Moths. Delivering strong, emotive themes with intoxicating skill.

And it's such a strong start to the night, really high energy high from all members of the band. Vocalist, Marisa, clearly giving it her all. Guitarist, Alez, and bassist, Liam, owning the stage. With the strong backing of the drummer, Alex.

The crowd is clearly involved from the start with songs getting claps, lighters swaying and singing along.

You can tell this is going to be one hell of a Tuesday night.

Prior to our headliners we have Tailgunner, another UK band, this time heavy power metal in style.

They are a true UK hair metal, such a ferocious performance, its almost exhausting watching them. All members running about the stage, with the drummer, Eddie, who's also getting a serious work out. The chemistry between the guitarists, Rhea and Zach and bassist, Bones is clear. Vocalist Craig, is a force to be reckoned with, and seeing him lifting the epic Tailgunner, mic stand to show off about the stage gets cheers from the crowd.

Almost feels like we've been transported back to the 80s with this epicness. This certainly gets the crowd riled up ready for Fozzy.

The main event we'd all been waiting for, Fozzy, rock n roll extraordinaries from the US, fronted by none other than Chris Jericho of wrestling fame. They walk out to chants of 'Fozzy! Fozzy!'. Beginning with the catchy 'Fall in Line'.

Each song either has the music video playing behind or amazing graphics which work so well.

Lead guitarist, Rich aka The Duke, has so much energy, owning the stage, along with rhythm guitarist, Billy and bassist, PJ. They all also provide backing vocals creating such phenomenal sound.
Drummer, Grant, is epic with his speedy skills on the kit.

The cover of Abba's 'SOS' really gets the crowd moving. Then straight into 'Burn Me Out', wow, such an incredible performance.

For 'Do you Want to Start a War', Chris, had a CO2 gun which adds to this incredible show.

Going into 'Enemy', which is such a catchy tune, the audience does not want this night to end.

Then to the delight of fans old and new, the encore is 'Judas'. Followed by a beautiful dedication to the great man himself, Ozzy, with 'Crazy Train'.

What an incredible night. Who'd have thought you could have so much fun on a Tuesday!
